Miley Cyrus has added another tattoo to your collection.
The singer, 18, actress has signed a dream catcher on his chest, a close friend of Cyrus told People.

"That picture of Dreamcatcher overlooking the four feathers represent read his four brothers and sisters," says a friend. (Brothers and sisters are Brandi Miley, 23, Trace, 21, Braison, 16, and Noah, 11). "Dream Catcher is to protect them."
This brings the current tattoo Cyrus pointing up to five years.
It also has a heart and a little cross with her fingers, the word "love" in her ear and the phrase "just to breathe on his chest in honor of a dear friend who died of cystic fibrosis.
"Everything Miley tattoos have a deep meaning for him," says a friend. "They all have family and friends close to him."
